Practice Philosophy
I believe that touch is the language of the body, and that massage is a means of communication: between practitioner and client, between the nervous system and the musculo-skeletal system, and between the ordinary and the profound. I strive to combine solid treatment techniques with a soothing and pleasurable massage experience to facilitate the capacity for healing intrinsic within every human being.
About Me
I have been providing nurturing, skillful therapeutic massage in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle for over 13 years. I am an AMTA member, a graduate of the Brenneke School of Massage and the co-founder of BodyMind Wellness on the Hill. I am proud to have worked alongside health care providers of all disciplines. Originally from the Chicago area, I have a BA in English from the University of Illinois. and recently completed my training to be come a Nursing Assistant, Certified.
